Sample Projects

Stuckless Consulting Inc. has worked on 35+ projects across North America since launching in 2020. Project highlights include:

Centre Wellington’s Active Transportation & Mobility Plan

The Township of Centre Wellington’s first Active Transportation & Mobility Plan (ATMP) was approved by Council in June 2025. In partnership with the team at WSP Canada, Stuckless Consulting Inc. served as the Engagement Lead, hosting 28 community engagement activities with schools, advisory committees, the food bank, and many community partners to inform development of the ATMP.

Richmond Hill’s Micromobility Strategy

In September 2025, the City of Richmond Hill adopted a Micromobility Strategy to guide micromobility use in the community. Stuckless Consulting Inc. worked alongside WSP Canada as the Policy Specialist & Engagement Lead for the project, leading a public survey, two rounds of in-person, virtual, and hybrid Public Information Centres, and key informant interviews. Stuckless Consulting also contributed to research and policy recommendations within the strategy.

Canadian Policy & Outreach for NABSA

Since 2021, Stuckless Consulting Inc. has provided Canadian policy and outreach support for the North American Bikeshare and Scootershare Association. In this role, Stuckless Consulting Inc. tracks federal-level policies that impact shared micromobility, and helped to successfully advocate for the inclusion of rolling stock in the National Active Transportation Fund. Stuckless Consulting Inc. also co-chairs NABSA’s Canadian Policy Committee.

MTO’s Kick-Scooter Safety Evaluation

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation’s (MTO) Electric Kick Scooter Safety Evaluation examines the policies and practices in place as part of e-scooter pilot programs in four Canadian cities, and describes a safety evaluation framework that can be applied for more coordinated data collection. Stuckless Consulting Inc. was part of the project team that worked on data collection, consultation, and data analysis for the report.

Review of Sudbury’s CAN Program

For over fifteen years, Sudbury’s Community Action Network (CAN) Program has supported volunteers in making the city’s neighbourhoods the best that they can be. Our review of the program included background research, connecting with 400+ community members through listening sessions, pop-ups and an online survey, City Council and staff interviews, and a jurisdictional scan and preparing a recommendations report for Council.

Municipal E-Bike Policy Workshops

Cycling, Energized! Municipal E-Bike Workshops are designed to help municipalities and regional governments address common concerns related to e-bikes and increase e-bike access and safety. The half-day workshops bring staff together from across departments to learn about best practices and contribute to the development of a local e-bike action plan. Workshops can also include e-bike test rides for staff and community members.
